Description
A detailed aeroplane forms the centrepiece of this immensely wearable pendant. Originally an elegant stick pin from the Edwardian period this was designed to take pride of place in the lapel of a jacket. Crafted out of 18ct yellow gold the main body of the plane has been expertly modelled with defined wing flaps. Aeroplanes were still very much a novelty during this period with examples first being seen at the beginning of the 20th century. Expertly converted in the Pragnell workshops into a stylish pendant this has been paired with a simple 9ct yellow gold 46cm chain.
