Victorian Diamond Openwork Plaque and Pearl Bracelet in 18ct Yellow Gold
Old Cut, Millegrain Set
£

Description
This immensely wearable piece features a central rectangular plaque element that dazzles with millegrain set old cut diamonds (1.04cts) in an openwork floral pattern. This element dates to the late Victorian period when diamonds were set into silver and then backed in gold to stop any tarnish marking the skin or expensive fabrics. Three rows of lustrous-matched freshwater pearls encircle the wrist and can be easily restrung to make the bracelet smaller or larger.
