Masterpiece Kingdom 6.06ct Paraiba Tourmaline Three Stone Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold
Baguette Cut, Rubover Set
Description
A strikingly contemporary 18ct yellow gold and baguette cut Paraiba tourmaline three stone ring from our Kingdom Collection. Three exceptionally matched neon blue-green Paraiba tourmaline gemstones (6.06ct) form a statement look when worn on the finger in this thoroughly modern and individual interpretation of a classic style. Paraiba tourmalines are relatively new to the gemstone world having first been discovered in Brazil during the 1980s. Their unique neon colour caused examples to become hugely sought after, and with the original Brazilian mines now largely exhausted, further smaller deposits have been found in Nigeria and Mozambique. Hand selected by a member of the Pragnell family for their distinctive neon tones these three examples have been expertly cut, and rubover set, to ensure a stunningly clear and uninterrupted view. The Kingdom Collection is influenced by our extensive selection of antique and period jewels as well as the strong lines and geometric forms of Art Deco architecture. Each piece that forms the collection is completely one-of-a-kind, and is the perfect choice for an unconventional engagement or ultra-modern cocktail ring.
