Description
An original Edwardian ring showcasing to spectacular effect, the romantic allure of a round old cut diamond (0.64ct), in four double claw settings, further adorned with ten round old cut diamonds (0.15ct) in grain settings. Decorative details abound with delicate millegrain edging throughout the ring and bordering the shank, which is engraved throughout with exquisite foliate details. An airy open gallery with pierced scrollwork completes this wonderful ring, crafted with incredible artistry in platinum. Finger size K. The Edwardian period only lasted for nine years (1901-1910), but it was an incredibly important era for jewellery design.
