A striking French cut diamond and platinum line bracelet from the Belle Epoque period by the House of Lacloche Frères. Forty-three geometric French cut diamonds (20.00cts) have been formed into a striking line of ice and fire as they delicately encircle the wrist. Securely channel set into durable platinum the sides of each setting showcase millegrain finishing with intricately engraved leaf forms defining both sides. The square or rectangular shape of the French cut diamond, with enticing criss-cross patterns of triangular shaped facets gained popularity during this period. The refined sparkle of this more unusual diamond cut will contrast superbly with existing brilliant cut diamond pieces in your collection. As the name suggests, Lacloche Frères was founded by four brothers in Paris at the beginning of the 20th century. They focused on only the best workshops, suppliers and designers to ensure that only exceptional pieces were offered to their clients.
