Description
An unusual trio of yellow gold rings featuring sapphires, emeralds, and rubies from the Art Nouveau period. Contained in their original fitted case from an Italian jeweller these rings showcase the natural forms and fluid lines of the period, and feature vibrant and striking antique cushion cut examples of these classic gemstones. Each ring features three gemstones that have been expertly rub over set, and catch the eye as they spread across the finger. Particularly notable are the three rich red rubies (4.16ct) that are accompanied by certification confirming that they are Burmese in origin and have not been subjected to any heat treatment to improve their colour or clarity. Burma or Myanmar is a country that is renowned for its deposits of extraordinary gemstones. The famous Mogok mines are now largely exhausted, so the best quality Burmese rubies are found in the finest antique pieces. Showcasing the birthstones for May, July, and September these eye catching rings can be worn singly or stacked together for the ultimate statement look. Check Specifications for ring size details.
