Description
A statement cocktail ring that showcases the pure contrast between strong geometric lines and curved forms that became so well-known during the Art Deco period. A tactile and alluring central 4.63ct rich blue cabochon cut sapphire is secured by four hand shaped claws. Flanked either side by a striking arrangement of five baguette cut diamonds that have been formed into Egyptian like fan shapes. The superb composition of this ring is truly mouth-watering, with the smooth candy like sheen from the sapphire being intensified by the diamonds either side. The discovery of the tomb of the Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun in 1922 had a huge impact on Art Deco design, with many shapes and forms used in jewellery found in the tomb being adopted and used.
The Art Deco period is renowned for finely designed and crafted jewellery; this piece celebrates the architectural influences of the time. Check Specifications for ring size details. If you require information about the resizing options available on this ring, please enquire for details.
