Description
Two rare and important Type IIA pear cut diamonds have been expertly rubover set into platinum as the striking drop sections of these stunning masterpiece creations. Certified by the GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) as colourless (D-E) with Internally Flawless clarity these rare diamonds are further classified as Type IIA. The most sought after, and rarest of the five types of diamonds this classification means these exceptional pear cuts have an attractive limpid appearance due to them being chemically pure and optically transparent. Incredibly difficult to find, the Pragnell family travelled around the globe to source these impressive stones. Expertly set to look elegant and stylish when worn in the ear, each is topped by a rubover set brilliant (0.30cts) suspended from a shaped top section set with further diamonds (0.15cts). All Pragnell Masterpiece creations are unique expressions of our rich history of being part of the most special moments in our clients' lives. Handcrafted in our workshops in the heart of England they showcase exceptional artistry, craftsmanship and gemstones.
